How to claim your VIP donation reward

There are a couple steps to completing your donation and receiving your donation tier. We will outline the steps below.

• ☆ Complete your donation on PayPal using the links above or by transferring your choosen cryptocurrency.
• ☆ If donating with PayPal, make sure you grab a screenshot of the completed transfer. This usually will come in an email to you from PayPal.
• ☆ Open a ticket on our discord (https://twentyinchgaming.com/discord) with the screenshot (proof of payment), your email address for the donation, your steam ID and in-game name.
• ☆ An in-game admin will unlock your VIP status in-game, give you the special VIP supporter roles in Discord/Community and issue any other rewards.
• ☆ Please allow up-to 12-hours for the process to complete. If you haven't received a reply after 24-hours, contact Kieta Maximus directly.

How to pay with crypto-currency

You can sign up for a free account at coinbase here. Once you are signed up with a free account, you can freely purchase and transfer bitcoin and hundreds of other crytocurrencies directly from their website.

To start, login and select Send / Receive within Coinbase

A new window will pop open, you will need to fill in the required information given on this website to send the crypto-currency from your Coinbase account to Twenty !nch Gaming Donations wallet

Depending on the crypto-currency you have selected, it can be from minutes and very low cost (XLM) to rather expensive and 30 minutes to over an hour. (BTC).

Refund requests

Twenty !nch Gaming reserves the right to process, inspect and determine the eligibility of all refund requests. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Not all requests will be approved, and some requests will be approved but minus any pro-rated amounts of packages already used. All approved refund requests will result in removal of all rewards, including but not limited to, complete wipe of character if used rewards cannot be determined.
